A new start
Despite the windy and cold weather, I coerced myself to take the trip to Tallinn City Hall on New Year's Eve in order to share the moment with others. These picture, although taken with a tripod, might be a bit blurry, because the roof of City Hall shook a lot under the feet of 40+ people.
